Portfolio My passion for Arts has taken a distinctive form, and I specialize in sculptural works using 3D PEN. Alongside my sculptural work, I have also taken an interest in educating youths through the format of Activity sheets, which are designed to enhance creativity and imagination. My goal is to encourage self-expression and individuality through my artistic works. You can learn more about me and my journey by exploring my portfolio. There's No Place Like Home (2019) 3D Pen Debut using memories to reconstruct home My sculpture, There's No Place Like Home (2019), is an ode to the cherished memories I have of my grandparents' house. This was my debut piece created using 3D technology and was showcased in the Manchester School of Art Degree Show 'Everything Starts from Something' in 2019. Explore the intricacy of the work created with light and shadow. A carefully crafted element reflecting my perspective of what was home. Freelance Contemporary Curation Unleashing Creativity through Color and Artistry As a Freelance Contemporary Curator, I've had the privilege of working on various projects, including solo curating a school exhibition and working as a curatorial assistant on two open submissions. My experience also includes providing two curatorial tours, most prominently in collaboration with The National Gallery London and Gallery Oldham. With my freelancing curation services, I'm excited to bring my knowledge and skills to your project. The National Westminster Bank, Mumps (2022) A tale of Patience and perseverance I'm proud to present my latest project, a 3D sculpture of The National Westminster Bank, Mumps. This sculpture was created using archival documents and a 3D pen, which took over 42 hours of intense concentration and manipulation. By combining traditional drawing methods with modern technology, I was able to construct a stunning recreation of this local grade II listed building. When illuminated, the sculpture truly comes to life, with light and shadow accentuating the intricate details of the work. Solar Maximum January 25th - 8th March 2025 As a creative artist, I am constantly exploring new techniques and materials to bring my vision to life. My passion is for exploring the natural world through art. • About | AQCreativeArts

My Background Personal Profile Hello! I'm Amber Queally. Welcome to my website. I’m a multidisciplinary artist and curator, working across sculpture, illustration, and community engagement. My artistic practice is rooted in a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering learning experiences, particularly with young people. I believe in the power of art to educate, inspire, and connect. Whether through architectural models crafted with a 3D pen or illustrations that explore themes of natural, social, and art history, my work is driven by the desire to make learning accessible and engaging. While my projects often focus on youth education, they also serve as personal expression. I embrace the creative process to explore and communicate my experiences, including navigating the complexities of being a neurodivergent artist and curator. From lively arts and crafts sessions to deep curatorial practices, my work invites others to explore new ideas and express themselves freely. I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with Gallery Oldham (UK) for several years, contributing work and offering curatorial tours, including for the travelling exhibition The National Gallery Masterpiece Tour featuring Hélène Rouart in her father’s study (1886) by Degas. Though health and mobility challenges often leave me exhausted, and sometimes unable to walk for weeks, there is nothing more fulfilling than sharing knowledge and seeing the joy it brings others. Art has a unique way of uniting us all, and it’s this connection that continues to inspire my work. Exhibition List Education 2019-2022 Manchester Metropolitan University Contemporary Curating explores the complexity of curatorial practice in contemporary culture. Throughout the course, I explored and addressed the issues of creative practice and theoretical approaches, within the context of history and critical thinking. This approach includes an in-depth examination of exhibition forms and the exhibition-making processes, to conceive spaces of production and curating as subjects in their own right. With my integrated research and practice-led approach, I believe that I can offer the most innovative and relevant ideas in the field. Through these approaches, I was able to apply the knowledge learned from MA Contemporary Curating, and apply it during The National Galleries Masterpiece Tour at Gallery Oldham 2016-2019 Manchester Metropolitan University BA Interactive Arts (Hons) broke down all the barriers that normally separate the political, technological, social, and artistic realms. It challenged conventions and sought to explore the intersections between all these fields, to foster curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and promote diversity. This course was designed to be transformative and challenging in equal measure, offering students the opportunity to develop not only as creative practitioners but also as individuals with unique perspectives on the world around us. With this, I was able to discover and develop my skills as an artist practitioner to produce 'There's No Place Like Home' (2019) as well as developing the workshops and exhibition of Discover Explore Autism (2019). After 27 years, this course no longer exists which is heartbreaking as it was a brilliant course to discover who you are and what you want to challenge in the world. 20018-2019 Oldham College At Oldham College, I was offered the chance to sample all the core subjects in art and design, allowing me to find my true calling and discover my strengths. With the program, I was able to create an excellent portfolio for university admission. Students experience a range of subjects, including 3D design, textiles, fine art, and graphics design. After sampling each area, you can then choose your specialist options, which include fine art, graphics, illustration, photography design, sculpture, architecture, interior design, and 3D design. At the end of the course, I was able to showcase all my knowledge learned, which led to the creation of "When I Nearly Crumbled" (2016)
